The Challenge

Our customer’s old system used a traditional boiler with large water tanks in the loft and a bulky hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard. Not only did this take up valuable space, but the system was also less efficient and starting to show its age. The family wanted a modern solution that would free up space and provide reliable heating and hot water on demand.

Our Solution

We carried out a combi boiler conversion, removing the outdated tanks and the large cylinder. A new, high-efficiency combi boiler was installed, giving the household instant hot water and reliable heating whenever needed—all without the extra storage tanks.

This upgrade meant the loft could be cleared, and the airing cupboard was freed up to be used as valuable storage space instead of housing a water cylinder.
